Fresh is best

I’ve been playing with my new breadmaker, and have made several loaves so far, each with no packaging at all to damage the environment.

I can govern what goes into my breadmaker and choose to source organic ingredients where possible.

Those who have tasted my bread all agree that it tastes better than any ’supermarket’ bread.

Prior to owning a breadmaker, when I visit a market I always headed for the artisan bakers stall, where ‘fresh is best’ and you know that the loaves have been baked with passion and good ingredients. Many artisan bakers think green and live alternative* lifestyles. To them, money is not to be accumulated, it is to be used to give back to the land from which the ingredients come from.

Next time you’re out shopping think to yourself - do I know whats in this loaf?, do I want the bread to last all week or will I enjoy it fresh today?
Or perhaps you could consider buying a breadmaker and enjoy fresh bread in as little as 2 hours baking time (less than 5 minutes preparation time)
* alternative lifestyles - an enlightened way perhaps
