Do you beleive in climate change?
With the recent heavy snowfalls and freak flooding many people still seem divided on the issue of "global warming" what do you think?

I'd just like to say that the question was do you believe in climate change, not global warming, and yes they are different. Also the question doesnt specify whether it's climate change nowadays or just in general, and there is proof that climate change has happened in the past. just go to northern England or Scotland, all the 'v' shaped valleys were formed from melted glaciers from the ice age. showing that the Earth's climate was once very much colder than it is today. so i think i've pretty much shown that climate change is real.

Why would it be a lie? What would be the point of making it up? Anyway, even if it was'nt true then it will be true some day

We know now the planet has been cooling for the last 10 years. With the recent Climategate scandal we can see that the scientists involved in gathering and presenting the data that bodies like the IPCC are using have been actively changing the numbers to support the warming theory. Obviously I'm not a fan of pollution, but I'm more worried about factories spewing out mercury and other *real* toxins as opposed to CO2, which plants breathe! There are so many issues that are losing funding or just being forgotten because of this obsession to stop CO2, and it's all based on dodgy data from corrupt scientists! Anyway, there's my two cents. Please everyone, have a think and a research - you'd be surprised.
