USING ARTIFICIAL COLOURANTS IN FOOD IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND THEY DO NOT BENEFIT THE FLAVOUR OF THE FOOD OR DRINK THAT THEY ARE IN. HOWEVER, WHAT THEY DO DO IS TO MAKE CHILDREN HYPERACTIVE AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AGGRESSION AND LACK OF RESPECT. I HAD NICE CREAMY CUSTARD TO-DAY AND FELT NICE AND COOL! LET'S BAN THIS UNNECESSARY POISON.

We shop online via Sainsbury's, and in some cases organic substitutes have been offered, and the prices have been comparable. This said, we now buy the majority of our vegetables locally and from farmers markets. Looking at trying out Able&Cole as well - have heard some great reports about this company.

My favourite supermarket for organic buying is Waitrose, because they also have a local sourcing policy - not always organic but environmentally friendly and just as important.
