Default Mmmm Shiny!

Shiny shiny new forum to visit!
Hello guys and gals, I'm the other half of barleyandben, one of the other members in this forum. I'm fairly new to organic living - my better half is still in the process of educating me quite quickly though, as she's been living the life for longer than I care to remember.

Whilst I dont by any means claim to be any kind of eco-font of knowledge, I can heartily endorse that the quickest way to convert a non believer is to cook a traditional roast dinner with frozen parsnips along with tasty fresh & aromatic organic ones. For me, it was the pepsi challenge baptism of fire, and a lesson that helped me to understand what organic is all about.
