Smile How to make your pool 'greener' while saving money

Pool chlorine is a very harmful substance in many different ways. This is true because it harms the human body, as well as the ozone layer and the natural environment. Many people overlook the effects of chlorine on the body but every regular swimmer feels them. Perhaps one of chlorines most uncomfortable effects is itchy eyes. Usually, it is accompanied with dry skin, and dry hair. But chlorines effect doesn’t stop there; it also can trigger asthma attacks which can create even greater risk in a pool. Chlorine also harms the natural environment. Chlorine in its natural state is a green-yellow gas. This results in an evaporation of the substance when it is submitted to direct sunlight or above normal temperatures. Chlorines effect on the ozone layer is just one more pollutant added to our atmosphere. In fact, chlorine is so harmful, that it was used in bombs during Vietnam to kill people. I think that after this passage it is easy to conclude that chlorine has many, many harmful effects, and that there should be an alternative that does not have as many harmful side effects.

So right now I am researching on products that can make my pool 'greener' while saving me money. If anybody has any ideas please post. I was also looking around the web and found this and this

Thanks for the help!
