Anyone else heard of him? He's been on radio 2/4 before and is quite a prominent voice in the envrionmental ether, I seem to remember he is/was head of sustainable food policy and working for the government in the past.
Heard him on the radio some time ago, found myself a agreeing with a lot of what he said, certainly seems a level headed and practical forward thinking man, unusual in this arena and indeed a very rare trait in academics these days. Professor Tim Lang - City University London
