Default Different way to live more greener

I admit bamboo is a raw material for fibers for high fashion clothing. It has many benefits and advantages and hope is the best source for people who wish to live more greener. Bamboo clothing is an excellent organic choice. Bamboo fabric is softer with a texture similar to silk. It is a naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic product grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides. It is also quick to absorb moisture, therefore keeping you dry and odor free. Pure bamboo clothes can dry twice as fast as cotton clothes. Bamboo clothes can be worn all year round as they keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Bamboo plants are very quick growers and do not require fertilizers or pesticides for a successful crop. They also require very little water and they can survive drought conditions as well as flooding. Bamboo is a sustainable and renewable resource as the bamboo plant is self replenishing.

I do keep checking, but Asda and Tesco seem to be missing this stock at the moment! Where else can we buy them?

Hey are you very keen about buying bamboo clothing or wish to buy any other Eco fashion clothing? If its only bamboo then here are the names of few stores in which i prefer doing online shopping for me and my family. Bamboosa, Green Jack Natural Home, Bamboo Originals. However, if any Eco fashions will do for you, you can go for hemp, organic cotton or jute. There is an online store for such clothing, Kasper Organics which is a business whose practices are based on a lifestyle committed to living lightly on the earth, following good sense rather than trends, supporting sustainability, recycling and non-chemical alternatives. They offer hemp clothing and organic cotton clothing and accessories are socially responsible, affordable, and are suitable for chemically sensitive people. All accessories are made from natural materials. Buttons are made from nutshells, wood, or nickel-free metal parts. I feel comfortable buying from Kasper Organics, knowing that I am contributing to a healthy environment. Not just in ecological sense, but in the sense of working conditions for the people who make the organic cotton industry a reality. While surfing to order a tee-shirt from the store I found a great coupon for it here, the coupon is halfway down the page Discount Coupons on Sustainable Products - The SustainLane GreenSaver. What are your opinions on using hemp clothing?

We do some bamboo nappies in the shop and they seem to be really popular, I get the absorbent boosters that are supposed to be for nappies lol and use them for washing up and/or wiping, much better than all those paper towels or synthetic sponges, and they last for ages. I don't however use them in the nappies first!!

Hi Siri
Bamboo is a material that is largely available and easy to grow we should do a lot more with it, I'm surprised it's not yet caught on...I'm sure that will change. BTW
we do bath towels and the like in our shop if that's of any help.
