What about atmospheric particals, carbon monoxide and nitrous oxide production from burning the fuel? Also, water use in the production of steam from turbines?
Wind and solar (PV) both use nothing and emit nothing which I would rather have as the stable power source of the country. Whether that be through our own generation, or through imports from stable european/african nations.
Has there ever been a survey on who likes/dislikes the look of wind turbines? Most people I ask actually like the look of them.
